Day 2 Hanoi City tour - Night train to Sapa

A buffet breakfast & fresh coffee will kick start your day.
Your car, driver and tour guide will be ready to start your Hanoi City Tour.
Firstly visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his house on stilt, the botanical garden and the Presidential palace. Presidential palace is the most fussy and expensive construction at that time but Ho Chi Minh refused to live in this luxurious building. He said it was totally unsuitable for his poor and starving people. Besides, learning about Ho Chi Minh's life and revolutionary activities.
On the way out visit One Pillar Pagoda. Based on Kinh Ly Thai Tong's dream, One Pillar Pagoda was built in 1049 and included a pillar in the middle of a lotus pond, and a temple of lotus-shape, that reflected literally meaning: “long lasting happiness and good luck. (Note: Please be aware that the One Pillar Pagoda in Hanoi is closed for renovation work until January 2015).
Next, continually explore the Temple of Literature. Located 2km west of Hoan Kiem Lake, the complex is a famous historical and cultural relic consisting of the Temple of Literature and the first university in Vietnam. Have chance to learn more about education in Vietnam since 1000 years ago until recent history in tranquil atmosphere.
After lunch time in a local Restaurant with local Vietnamese traditional Cuisines, continue to visit the interesting Ethnology Museum. Located in the west of Hanoi's centre, this museum offers informative and well-documented display about 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam, include elaborate and colorful hill-tribe costumes, musical instruments, work tools, stilt houses, etc.
Around 15:30, discover Hoan Kiem Lake (Restored Sword lake) and Ngoc Son temple that situated in the heart of Hanoi. Listen to a special legend story about Hoan Kiem lake and understand a part of Vietnamese worship towards Tran Hung Dao, the general who defeated the Mongols in the 13th century.
After that, take the 1hour-cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter through its charming streets which are named after the guilds such as Hang Bac (Silver Street), Hang Gai (Silk Street), Hang Tre (Bamboo Street) etc…

One Pillar Pagoda
Day 3 Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van

Your car, driver and tour guide ready at Lao Cai Train.
Take 1 hour bus ride uphill to the beautiful town of Sapa. The ride gives you a glimpse of imposing mountain and impressive rice terraces. Upon arrival in Sapa Town, enjoy breakfast before your trip
It takes about 7km to walk down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong. Visitors can indentify Black Mong people easily because they usually wear dark clothing in blacks and navy dyed with indigo; their hand-made accessories are made of silver and have big size. They built their rudimentary houses on their farmland and mainly cultivate corn and dry rice on the steep hillsides.
A 3km-trekking down to Lao Chai Village, 4 km through terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village. Looming in the veil of morning dimly, at the back of Ta Van village is Hoang Lien Son Mountains and on the front is Muong Hoa stream flows slowly. Have chance to admire the local women wear colorful brocades and cloth bag with embroidered flowers; ethnic men wears pants and shirt.
Have lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance to learn about the local house architecture, their daily life styles and exclusive custom.
Finally get back to Sapa centre by jeep or motorbike. Enjoy the landscapes on the way.

Day 4 Cat Cat & Sin Chai

A walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 3 km) to visit Cat Cat Village of the Black H’mong.
On the way walking to Cat Cat village, visitors will be treated by the green terraced fields mixed gold and many imposing mountains. Understand some special culture of ethnic people, and see full process of making colorful brocades. Those brocades are designed and decorated carefully with the symbols related to nature such as flowers and birds. Have chance to relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station.
After picnic lunch, continually pass 3 km to reach Sin Chai Village, which is located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”. In this village, easily to see the colorful embroidered skirts and enormous red turban. Those turban and brocades are handmade products from natural materials and were decorated with 4 main colors: red, blue, yellow and white.
After that, taking a jeep to return to Sapa.
Around 18:00, Take a bus to Lao Cai Station.
Over night on train back to Hanoi.

Day 5 Hanoi Arrive - Halong Bay on cruise

Arrive in Hanoi at around 05:00.
Transfer to Hotel to take a fresh shower, have breakfast and relax. Anh then a shuttle bus of Cruise pick you up.
Today, leave charming Hanoi for the 3.5 hours drive to Halong Bay – World Natural Heritage site.
Welcome on board for a junk cruise, and set sail in the bay. While lunch is served, the junk passages slowly through the fabulous sightseeing of the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth.
After lunch time, take a stop at a peaceful island, so you can have a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay. Besides, swimming on cool water, walking along beautiful beach or sunbathing on the sundeck are also interesting.
Late afternoon, visit an interesting fishing village, interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations, and understand daily life of local people.

Day 8 Hue – Hoi An

In the morning, visits of the Imperial City - The grand palace of the last dynasty of Nguyen and Goddess-heavenly pagoda. As a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO, Imperial Citadel is one of the destinations in the must-see list of the tourist who go to Hue City. There are about 100 attractive architectural works such as: the tallest flag pole of Vietnam (37m-hight), Ngo Mon gate where Bao Dai ended Nguyen dynasty, Thai Hoa palace ( Palace of Supreme Hamony), etc.
And then have chance to understand a part of Vietnam history, ancient architecture and religion of Vietnamese people when visiting the typical Royal Tombs of Khai Dinh and enjoy the beauty of Tu Hieu pagoda.

Day 9 Hoi An City

After having breakfast at hotel around 8:30, pick up at Hotel.
Spend the morning for a walking tour around this enchanting town. Follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses, which were influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures.
Come to the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge. Despite that the original architecture of the bridge was Japan, after being restored there are some new features like carved woods, decorations based on Chinese and Vietnamese architecture. nside Japanese bridge is a shrine of Bac De Tran Vo, who controls weather.
Continually, explore the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, which was dedicated to the worship of Buddha. This religious relic displays rich architectural and artistic features.

Day 11 Cu Chi Tunnel & Ho Chi Minh

Cu Chi Tunnel is located about 70 km northwest away from HCM City, includes special architecture lying underground and meaningful historical stories about he war Vietnam against American. Tourists will be reminded of the brave and wisdom of Vietnamese soldiers through a zigzagging network of tunnels stretching over 250km.

Day 12 Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Eyes Cruise

In the morning, around 8:15 - 8:45, pick up at your hotel in Saigon and take you to Can Tho or Cai Be. The drive takes about more than 1 hour.
Take a wooden river cruise around noon.
After the refreshing welcome drink and introducing about on- board facilities and your cosy cabin, luch is served.

Day 13 Life on the water and floating markets - Chau Doc

Wake up among the sound of the Mekong river and get ready for another exciting day in the Mekong Delta.
While the breakfast is served, the cruise moves slowly for a sunrise cruise. Watch the local people go about to start their daily work such as fishing, watering orchards or building ships.
After breakfast, take a sampan boat to Cai Be or Cai Rang Floating Market, the region’s busiest and most lively markets. Catch the sights of almost boats gathering on rivers and sellers transporting and arranging their products on their boats. Marvel at the variety of exotic fruits, vegetables and skilfully handcrafted regional products.

Day 15 Phnom Penh City

Phnom Penh has been the capital since 1866 and although being damaged during the Khmer Rouge era, now the city still develops well and preserves many wonderful attractions. Accompanied by an English-speaking local guide, You will understand deeply this charming city.
Begin your tour at Cambodia's Royal Palace, which stands majestically in the city centre. This is a complex of buildings,and is generally understood to be the royal abode of the King of Cambodia.
Explore "Silver Pagoda", which is located near Royal Palace. The pagoda is floored with over 5000 silver tiles and each weighing 1 kilo. There are also various Buddha statues and stupas among solemn atmosphere.
Continue to the National Museum. Located in a fabulous old building, the Museum is filled with art and artifacts dating back to the pre-Angkorian era. Have chance to admire priceless collections of Khmer sculptures from the 4th century (Pre- Angkor period) to 14th century (post- Angkor period) and many other antiquities or cultural materials.
At the north end of the city is Wat Phnom pagoda which is located at the top of hill. A highlight of Wat Phnom is the wall are covered by many special paintings that reflects stories of the Buddha's earlier reincarnations before his enlightenment, Reamker's stories and Khmer versions, etc. Climb the stairs to the top for fabulous views of the city below.

You can choose to explore the country's tragic recent history by visitig Tuol Sleng Prison (S-21) and the Killing Fields. Understand is a sobering reminder of the evils of the Khmer Rouge regime.

Day 16 Flight from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

Day 17 Angkor Full Day

After breakfast, our car & guide pick up and welcome at your hotel, then drive to the Angkor temple complex.
Visit Angkor Thom, which was the centre of the 12th Century city of Angkor. Here have chance to see the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk; Bayon temple has 54 unique towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara.
Moreover, explore the beauty of the Elephants Terrace, which is the 350 metre long stage lined with reliefs of elephants and Garuda figures. The latter is a beautiful jungle temple that has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery.
In the afternoon, continue to the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat- which represents one of humankind's most astonishing and enduring architectural achievements. The complex itself is more than 400 square kilometers in size and contains 05 towers and a temple consisting of three levels surmounted by a central tower; ans Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks.

Day 18 Banteay Srey - Grand Circuit

After breakfast at hotel, around 08:00 our guide pick up you at your hotel.
Go to Banteay Srey temple (It takes not many time because the distance is only 35km). This temple was built in 10th century by Brahman, lying in the heart of an immense and mysterious forest and attracts people by its ancient beauty and amazing decorations.
Then, move back to visit Banteay Samre, which was built in Mid 12th century AD. The style of the towers and balustrades bear strong resemblance to the towers of Angkor Watand and Khmer temple also. A highlight of his temple is excelllent carvings.
After that, have lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, discover Ta Som temple. Here you admire a small and charming Buddhist temple built based on classical Bayon style by King Jayavarman VII in the 12th century.
Come to East Mebon, not only see a large temple-mountain-like ruin, rising three levels and crowned by five towers; but you also understand a part of ancient people here because this temple is dedicated to Shiva in honor of the king’s parents. Before finish this day, explore some others attarctions such as: Kravan, Preah Khan, and Pre Rub.
